Terms of Service (public offer)

Seller: Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Shevchenko Yaroslav Tarasovych, trading as Heldig Lab, Kyiv, Ukraine. Contact: heldig.lab@pm.me.

1. Service

Groomed creates a digital, AI-generated grooming preview from a photo you upload: an edited "after" image of you, a before/after poster and written grooming recommendations. The preview is a simulation for inspiration; real results depend on your hair, skin and the professional you visit.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment ($4.99 per preview unless stated otherwise). Payment is processed by monobank (plata by mono). The order is accepted once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

The result is delivered on the order page linked after payment, usually within 24 hours. Every result is reviewed by a person before release.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and upload only photos of yourself.

5. Refunds

If the result does not resemble you, is technically unusable, or is not delivered within 72 hours, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will regenerate it or refund the full amount to your card. Because the service is a digital product delivered on request, refunds for a correctly delivered result are otherwise at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of other people, minors, or content that is illegal or sexual. We may refuse or refund any order at our discretion.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
