Will it still look like me?
Yes — that's the point. We only change grooming: hair, beard, brows and a slightly more rested skin tone. Every result is reviewed by a person before it's sent. If it doesn't look like you, we redo it or refund you.
How long does it take?
Usually a few hours, at most 24 hours. Keep the link from the payment page — the result appears there.
What photo works best?
A sharp, front-facing selfie in daylight, face fully visible, no filters.
Is my photo private?
Your photo is used only to create your result and is deleted within 30 days. It is never published or used for ads without your written permission.
Refunds?
If the result is unusable or doesn't look like you, email heldig.lab@pm.me within 14 days and we'll redo it or refund in full.
